  3. Once received, we'll confirm our availability for your wedding date and send you an email with pricing and order information..
  4. Create your order and secure your date - Create an Order and pay 25% retainer/down to secure "book" your wedding with us.
  5. Provide some Inspiration photos so we have an idea of your style and what you love.
  6. Schedule a meeting to fine-tune and discuss details (optional).
  7. We Harvest, Design, & Package your wedding order for pick up. 

FAQS

Place your order as soon as possible so that we can book you on our calendar. Once a weekend is fully booked, we will not be able to take any more wedding orders.

Q: When should I place my order?

Yes. 1 to 2 days before is fine. But you assume all risk once you have the flowers. Be sure to keep your flowers in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. Also make sure to keep the containers full of water.

Q:  Can I pick up my order early?

Yes. If you are adding design elements, you can make another order online and we will add it to your file.

Q:  Can I add more to my order once I have booked with you?

Yes! You can add on bulk flower needs through the Wedding Details Questionnaire, and I will provide you a quote. You will need to think about all the places you would like flowers and roughly what size container you will be using.

Q: Do you offer bulk flowers?

Yes, it is possible to make changes to your order. 1.) at the consultation or 2.) if the consultation has passed, you can email us at florist@beehavenfarm.com or call.

Q:  Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Care + Handling

BeeHaven Flower Farm, LLC reserves the right to an artistic interpretation of all provided inspirational photos as they harvest from their locally grown flowers to build your Custom Design Wedding Package and DIY Wedding package.

BeeHaven is not responsible for the florals after they have been picked up or dropped off. If they are left in a hot vehicle, left to run out of water, or placed in a freezer by a groomsman, we cannot be responsible.

How to Process Your DIY Flowers

Delivery & Pickup

Pick up here at the farm is at no additional cost.  Minimum delivery starts at $50.  After that we will base the delivery on the exact mileage ($1.10/per mile round trip). The delivery service is only for delivery.  No placement is included. 
For DIY flowers, you can pick up your flowers here at the farm up to 2 days before your wedding.  This will give you time to create the designs.  It also allows the flowers to continue to open and come into full bloom for your event.

Q:  Can I pick up my order early?
