FAQS

Yes. If you have an infant or are unable to find a babysitter, that is fine. We have had really good experiences with this so far. If your child is old enough and would like to PARTICIPATE, we have a reduced rate of $25 for children.

Q: Can I bring my child?

The flowers are complimentary to the class and it is important that everyone receives roughly the same NUMBER of flowers. It's  not about getting as many flowers as you can in a vase, it is learning about designing flowers and giving each flower space to shine. If you bring your own vase and it is large, you are welcome to pay for more flowers.  Extra flowers that are picked remain with BeeHaven Farm and we work them into our orders.

Q: Can I bring my own vase?

If you are invited late and there is no time to book on-line or receive a payment link, then yes, we’re happy to have you come. To guarantee your group success, we require payment ahead of time. A lot of work goes into setting up and preparing for a class and we need to meet the minimum requirements. The class fee is non-refundable and good incentive to come to the class. I guarantee you will learn a lot and it is worth it.

Q: Can I pay for the class when I get there?

The fee is non-refundable, so we will sign you up for another class. We offer several throughout the summer and you will get to meet some new friends. Please call or email us to move you to a different roster. Because we prepare for classes ahead of time, meeting the minimum guarantees our time and effort.

Q: What if something comes up and I can’t make it to the class?

We will provide all necessary class materials and pruners.

Q: Do I need to bring anything?

That depends on how talkative the group is. I aim for 1 1⁄2 hours but it can go up to 2 hours.

Q: How long is the class?

Absolutely!!

Q: Can we bring some food and drinks/wine to my group class?

The class will still go on. I will set us up in a protected and comfortable indoor area.

Q: What if it is rainy and stormy?
